Pricing
The choice is easy - between the two plans. The Basic plan is intended for smaller projects, it is static. If you need an upgrade, you should switch to the Advanced plan, which is dynamic and in which you can increase the number of connected devices and storage memory easily and quickly with a few clicks.

How it works?
Install an Agent
The user installs an agent on the device for which they wish a backup to be created. The agent can be installed on a computer, server or laptop.
Configure Tasks
After installing the agent, the user sets up backup tasks. This includes selecting folders, files, databases, or other data that need to be backed up.
Data Backup
Delta Cloud Backup performs backup tasks according to the configured schedule. Retrieves the selected data from the device and copies it to a secure repository. In the initial backup, all selected data is copied, and in subsequent ones, only new or changed files (incrementally) are copied.
Data Encryption
Before being transferred to the cloud, the data is encrypted to ensure confidentiality and protection of the information. Delta Cloud Backup uses strong encryption algorithms to ensure that data is protected from unauthorized access. The encryption key is individual for each client (it has its own hash).
Cloud Storage
Backups are transferred and stored in the Delta Cloud Backup cloud infrastructure. This ensures the security, resilience and accessibility of data in case of problems with the protected device.
Backup Restore
Users can manage their backups and restore data via the Delta Cloud Backup web-based console. They can view, restore and manage their backups according to their needs.

Every user saves information on their device, which they wouldn’t want to lose - for example, unexpected hardware failure, electric shock or software that is malicious and intended to compromise their business.

Is Delta Cloud Backup reliable? Is my Data safe?

Do I need large amount of system resources to use Delta Cloud Backup?
To use Delta Cloud Backup on the device whose data will be archived, a lightweight agent / client must be installed, that has minimal requirements of system resources.
To use Delta Cloud Backup the installation of a client software (agent) is required, with the following minimum requirements:
For Windows - CPU x86_64, x86_32 (+SSE2).
For Linux - CPU x86_64, x86_32 (+SSE2), ARM 64, ARM 32.
For macOS - CPU x86_64, Apple silicon.
How much time does a backup take?
The time needed for a backup, depends on the volume of data that needs to be archived and the connection to our backup servers.
Making a full copy on the initial start of the services takes the most time. We take an incremental approach, which means that for the following archives only new or modified data, compared to the last backup, will be transferred.
Can I automate the backup process?
Delta Cloud Backup supports full automation of the backup process regularly over time, which is among the undoubted advantages of the services.
Using the Web interface you can choose how often and what to be backed up automatically. This saves your time and guarantees that the task is completed on schedule.
A planned feature is that you will also be able to manually create a backup at any time to protect important information.
How often can I backup?
There are no frequency limitations of creating a backup. If you choose that to be an automated process you can schedule it on a daily, weekly or even monthly basis.
This means that a backup will be created every day, every week or every month, at your desired date and time. Delaying is also possible.
How many backups can I store in Delta Cloud Backup?
You have the ability to save all backups, or choose to save only a limited amount of them.
Is Delta Cloud Backup easy to use?
For our clients’ convenience the service has a simple and intuitive web interface with an English and a Bulgarian version.
Can I access the web console from a mobile device?
Yes, the web interface for management can be accessed via different devices - laptops, desktop computers, tablets or mobile phones.
How many devices can I add to Delta Cloud Backup?
It is possible to add up to 50 devices in the Advanced Backup Plan.
What is the maximum volume for storing data, which I can use with Delta Cloud Backup?
Using our Advanced Backup Plan, you have access to 20 000 GB of storage space.
Is the data in my storage in Delta Cloud Backup deduplicated?
Yes, deduplication of data is already carried out at the client level, accordingly, the data in the storage is also deduplicated.
Is the data in my storage in Delta Cloud Backup compressed?
Yes, archived data is saved in the backup storage in a compressed form in order to more efficiently use the disk quota in the respective plan.
