Encryption and Compresion
Instead of copying all the information with each full backup, we use an incremental approach at the repository level. This means that once a full backup is made, only the changed or new files are copied, which reduces backup time and requires less storage space.
Our backup solution offers a web-based console through which you can manage backups from anywhere, schedule tasks, monitor the status of backups and perform data recovery with a few clicks. This facilitates archive management and provides additional control.
Flexibility and Scalability
Our backup platform is compatible with the most popular operating systems - Windows, Linux and macOS and allows archiving of various types of data, including files, databases, virtual machines and more. This enables users to create backups and restore data according to their needs.
Reliability and Sustainability
Delta Cloud Backup uses a distributed architecture that provides resilience and reliability. Your data is stored on multiple servers and replicated in different locations to ensure its availability at all times.
Advanced encrypted data protection is integrated, both when transferring it to the backup server and when storing it. This ensures that Customer Data is protected from unauthorized access and misuse. The encryption key is unique for every client.
Automation and scheduling
The backup process is automated and can be configured according to customer needs. This saves time because the backup process does not have to be started manually every time, but automated according to a predefined schedule, which ensures the regular execution of backups.
- Files and Folders - easily protect files/folders in Windows, Linux and MacOS with the added benefits of configuration.
- MySQL - we support Oracle MySQL and compatible servers like MariaDB and Percona Server.
- Program Output - you can use stdout as an integration point to back up various programs, including PostgreSQL, Firebird, Docker, WordPress, and etc.
- Windows Server System State - supports backing up System State .vhd files.
- Windows System Backup - protect entire system volumes as .vhd / .vhdx files.
The choice is easy - between the two plans. The Basic plan is intended for smaller projects, it is static. If you need an upgrade, you should switch to the Advanced plan, which is dynamic and in which you can increase the number of connected devices and storage memory easily and quickly with a few clicks.

How it works?
Install an Agent
The user installs an agent on the device for which they wish a backup to be created. The agent can be installed on a computer, server or laptop.
After installing the agent, the user sets up backup tasks. This includes selecting folders, files, databases, or other data that need to be backed up.
Delta Cloud Backup performs backup tasks according to the configured schedule. Retrieves the selected data from the device and copies it to a secure repository. In the initial backup, all selected data is copied, and in subsequent ones, only new or changed files (incrementally) are copied.
Before being transferred to the cloud, the data is encrypted to ensure confidentiality and protection of the information. Delta Cloud Backup uses strong encryption algorithms to ensure that data is protected from unauthorized access. The encryption key is individual for each client (it has its own hash).
Backups are transferred and stored in the Delta Cloud Backup cloud infrastructure. This ensures the security, resilience and accessibility of data in case of problems with the protected device.
Users can manage their backups and restore data via the Delta Cloud Backup web-based console. They can view, restore and manage their backups according to their needs.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What is Backup?
Backup is the process of generating and storing a copy of data, with the purpose of security and recovery in the case of their partial or full loss. It represents a copy of files, software or an entire system, which is being stored on a different device in a remote location. Backups guarantee that valuable or sensitive information can be recovered in the event of an accident, such as - hardware failure, malware or human error. Backups are used by both single users and entire organizations to preserve their informational assets.
Who can use Delta Cloud Backup?
Delta Cloud Backup is intended for general use - both for storing important information in the office and for virtual machines and home computers. Do I need large amount of system resources to use Delta Cloud Backup?
To use Delta Cloud Backup on the device whose data will be archived, a lightweight agent / client must be installed, that has minimal requirements of system resources.
To use Delta Cloud Backup the installation of a client software (agent) is required, with the following minimum requirements:
For Windows - CPU x86_64, x86_32 (+SSE2).
For Linux - CPU x86_64, x86_32 (+SSE2), ARM 64, ARM 32.
For macOS - CPU x86_64, Apple silicon.
How much time does a backup take?
The time needed for a backup, depends on the volume of data that needs to be archived and the connection to our backup servers.
Making a full copy on the initial start of the services takes the most time. We take an incremental approach, which means that for the following archives only new or modified data, compared to the last backup, will be transferred.
